Job Description

Customer Service Operative required for our client based in Wombourne.

Our client is one of the largest UK online suppliers of swimming pool & hot tub equipment. They are currently looking for an experience customer service operative to ensure that all sales and administration tasked are completed to the highest of standards.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting customers with any queries or complaints they may have.
• Process new sales orders.
• Providing product knowledge.
• Accurately enter data onto the in-house database and internal system.
• Liaise with other departments and external agencies.
• Organising, filing and logging enquiries.
• Ad hoc duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Experience within a similar Customer Service role is essential.
• Experience using Microsoft applications such as Work and Excel.
• Clear and accurate communication skills.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and manage own workload.
• Must be able to work efficiently both as a team and under your own initiative.

Immediate Start - Temp to perm trial period

37.5 Hours Monday to Friday.

Salary: £17,000 P.A. dep on experience
