If Yes, then please have at look at ouropportunity for an experienced Telesales / New Business executive - Part time

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and customer focused telesales representative to contribute to generating sales for our Business. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

This is a sales role and success will be measured against monitored sales targets. You will be an excellent communicator and have first class people skills. You will be comfortable presenting products, services, surveys and advertising space over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts and aligning the chambers offers to our customer’s needs.

Proven Experience:

Experience of telephone sales

Experience of face to face sales

Achieving sales targets and working to tight deadlines

Experience of conducting telephone-based surveys

Experience of delivering first class customer service

Experience of working within a marketing or publishing team

We offer a competitive base salary of around £20k per annum/ Pro Rata, with the opportunity to earn target-based commission on top of this.

Hours of Work
The standard hours of work for this role is 3 days/ 21 hours per week. Some flexibility is available for both how these hours are completed and potential for working at home for part of the week

The holiday entitlement is 25 days per year pro rata plus public holidays and our holiday year runs from 1st January to 31st December.
