Job Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk required for our manufacturing client based in Tipton. We are looking for an experienced Purchase ledger Clerk to join the finance team on a temp to perm trial basis.

Duities will include:
Raising invoices, consoles invoices on Navision and send to customers on daily basis
• Produce manual invoices when required
• Raising invoices and debit notes on SAP
• Uploading sales invoices from Navision to SAP on a daily basis
• Investigate price queries and raise credit notes when required
• Keeping price changes for parts etc up-to-date
• Reconcile customer accounts on a monthly basis and produce statements
• Chase customers for outstanding payments
• Post and reconcile incoming payments on SAP on a daily basis
• Keeping various adhoc spreadsheets up-to-date

Working Hours: 40 per week Monday to Thursday 7.45am to 4.45pm and Friday 7.45am to 1.45pm.

Salary guide; 19-5k to 20.5k Depending on experience
