Job Description

Customer Service Operative required for our client based in Wombourne. Our client is one of the largest UK online suppliers in their industry. They are currently looking for an experience customer service operative to ensure that all sales and administration tasked are completed to the highest of standards.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting customers with any queries or complaints they may have.
• Process new sales orders.
• Providing product knowledge.
• Accurately enter data onto the in-house database and internal system.
• Liaise with other departments and external agencies.
• Organising, filing and logging enquiries.
• Ad hoc duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Experience within a similar Customer Service role is essential.
• Experience using Microsoft applications such as Work and Excel.
• Clear and accurate communication skills.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and manage own workload.
• Must be able to work efficiently both as a team and under your own initiative.

Immediate Start - Temp to perm trial period

37.5 Hours Monday to Friday.

Salary: c£17,000 P.A. dep on experience
