Job Description

Sales order Processor required for our successful and growing manufacturing client based in Kingswinford.

We are looking for an experienced Sales order processor to join our team for initially 12 months maternity cover with a view to staying with the company permanently within our Sales office.

Duties will include:
Inputting sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Offering administrative support to the Sales & Quotations teams.
Liaising with other departments to ensure delivery deadlines are met.

You will require an excellent telephone manner and be very customer focused so to offer a professional, helpful service every time.

Other general office duties included in the role will be filing and creating and maintaining spread Excel sheets.

The ideal candidate will need to have previous Sales Adminsitration experience ideally within a manufacturing or engineering business and have full knowledge of Microsoft office including Outlook & Excel.

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (30 min lunch)

Salary Guide: 19k to 21k depending on experience.
