Job Description

Service & Scheduling Administrator required for our engineering client based in Dudley. You will be required to organise Service Engineer workloads on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for the efficient and timely performance of the Service Department in order to ensure maximum effectiveness on behalf of customers, external sales staff and the Company.

• In conjunction with the Service Operations Manager and Service Systems Manager, maintain the Customer service policy.
• Schedule/reschedule engineers work on a day-to-day basis.
• Answering calls as needed. Answer incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner, at all times promoting excellent customer service to customers, employees and suppliers.
• Control Service Department email Inbox. Process customer enquiries for service, commissioning and warranty callouts.
• Log customer requests and associated tasks:
• Method Statement /Risk Assessments as required.
• Order Parts.
• Order Access Equipment.
• Schedule and control Engineers’ holidays.
• Liaise with Area Services Team Leaders organising engineers training and solve any engineer issues.
• Proactively liaise with customers for future work.
• Improve customer feedback on a regular basis.
• Assist department in all Administration Tasks if required.
• Participate in both departmental and company training schemes.

Salary: £18000 - £20000
Working Hours: 37.5hours Monday-Friday
