Job Description

Telesales Executive required for our well established client based in Halesowen, as they continue their expansion and growth.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen, to work in a fast paced, friendly environment, where the Telesales advisor will be responsible for growing the customer database working alongside an established sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, driven individual who is self motivated and confident.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making Outbound Calls
- Generating Leads
- Business to Business Telesales
- Negotiating costs 
- Chasing up quotations

Key skills and requirements:
- An excellent telephone manner
- Friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Strong communication skills 
- Previous B2B sales experience preferable but not essential

- 20 holiday days per annum + bank holidays + additional Christmas break
- Pension available
- Commission structure in place

Hours of Work:
40 hours per week (8am-5pm Monday-Friday with 1 hour for lunch) 

Salary Guide:
£16,286 per annum + commission

Contract: Temp to Perm
The position is an immediately available temporary position with a view of being taken on permanent after a 12 weeks probationary period.
