Job Description

HR Administrator required for our client – a global manufacturer of industrial and commercial HVAC products, based in Brierely Hill.

To carry out administration tasks within the HR department.

Role and Responsibilities
• Using a T&A system to record holidays and absences of employees
• To assist with the achievement of HR objectives
• Assist line managers with provision of information
• Maintaining/updating HR records
• New starter processing - setting up records, creating offer letters and contracts of employment, collating welcome pack, organising induction process
• Daily administrative tasks
• Organising of interviews, training and other meeting.
• Ordering and distribution of corporate clothing and safety footwear.
• Assisting in vehicle management
• General admin duties and assisting leadership team when required.

Qualifications and attributes
• A HR background preferred
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent communication and language skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage daily workload, working on own initiative

Hours of work
• 8.30am-5pm Mon - Thursday
• 8.30am-4pm Friday

This is a temporary contract for 6 months
