Job Description

General Office Administrator required for our client based in Wednesbury on a temp to perm contract.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing general administration support to the Purchasing & Administration Manager.

Duties;
• To provide an efficient and confidential administrative support service to the site.
• Be the first point of contact on site with regards to visitors, greeting them and directing them to the correct destination.
• Admin support as necessary to support effectiveness of the site.
• Ensure the common areas in the office premises are equipped with the required office supplies as appropriate.
• To report and update supplier order progression against purchase orders and production requirements.
• To carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required within the job holder’s capability consistent with the Terms and Conditions of employment.

Skills;
• Have strong interpersonal and good communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
• Have a confident disposition with the ability to communicate and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally.
• Possess excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Strong IT Skills, being proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work as part of a team, but also be able to work using your own initiative whilst being able to work under pressure
• A self-motivated approach and a proactive attitude
• Have the tact and ability to deal with difficult situations

Salary: £7.83 - £8.75 per hour depending on experience.
