Job Description

Customer Service Advisor required for our client based in Wombourne.

Due to our clients continued growth and success, our client is now looking to hire a Customer Services Advisor, who will ensure all sales and administrative tasks are accomplished efficiently to the highest standard. The main part of the position will be to take in-bound calls and email enquiries - to assess the enquiry and pass it to the relevant advisor.

Full training on products will be given.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Answering the phone and assessing the customer’s needs by either processing an order or passing it on to the relevant advisor.
• Maintaining the customer enquiry ticket system.
• Validate customer details and process new orders
• Assist customers with their accounts and orders
• Accurately enter data onto the in-house database and internal system
• Liaise with other departments and external agencies
• Organising, filing and logging enquiries
• Ad hoc duties as required

Skills Required;
• Experience of Microsoft Office applications, proficient use of Word and Excel
• An ability to prioritise workflow volumes and self-organise
• A desire to develop own skills set
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Any technical experience is desirable but not essential
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good oral and written communication skills required

Knowledge of online customer service or sales would be advantageous.

This role is an immediate start on a temporary basis.

40 hrs work – 9-5pm Monday to Friday

28 days holiday inc. std bank holidays

Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience
